Checking Into the Hospital

Your physician or the department performing your test will give you an appointment time and instructions for your arrival at the hospital. If you have an appointment, please arrive a few minutes early to complete paperwork. We will ask you to sign consent and release forms authorizing hospital personnel to provide the services your physician has requested for you. You will have an identification band during your stay. This helps ensure you receive the proper treatments and medications.
